Cooper joins PCO Bookkeepers

NEWTON, N.J.—Pest Management Hall of Famer Norman Cooper has joined PCO Bookkeepers as a Director, managing the firm’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and family succession planning practice along with Attorney John P. Corrigan and Certified Public Accountant Daniel S. Gordon. Cooper has consulted on more than 50 pest management M&A acquisitions over the past several years, frequently being referred to as the “Dealmaker.”

“Norm is a true dealmaker, understanding the best fits for buyer and seller in our industry, creating win-win relationships in all the deals that he has engineered,” says Gordon. “I’ve known Norm for many years, and have admired his hard work and contributions to the industry. Norm is highly skilled at negotiating deals and getting the most for his clients and I couldn’t be any more excited about him joining our firm.”

Cooper brings extensive knowledge of pest control company enterprise value, generational transfer issues as well as solid relationships with pest professionals, private equity groups and others across the country who are in the M&A arena. He is also a frequent contributor to Pest Management Professional magazine.
