Pest Management Professional (PMP) is proud of the educational resources we offer in our PMP bookstore and now we’ve added two new books to our broad range of topical titles, which collectively address virtually all aspects of the pest management industry.

Stop Spraying Money Down the Drain is a new softcover 150-page reference guide written by the president of Quality Equipment & Spray and frequent PMP contributor, Andrew Greess. The guide is written with pest management and lawn care professionals in mind and is packed with photographs and diagrams. The resource serves as a comprehensive blueprint to increasing productivity and profitability with simple strategies for purchasing, using and maintaining spray equipment.

Dan Gordon, CPA, PMP columnist and owner of the industry accounting consultancy PCO Bookkeepers, also has a new book for your library. From Technician to CEO: The Evolution of a High-Growth Pest Control and Lawn Care Company tells the fictional tale of Peter Hall, a second-generation PMP and lawn care professional who wants to steer his family’s business into a high-growth trajectory. While the characters are fictional, the time-tested business concepts are real and serve as a roadmap to guide PMPs toward growth and success.

Both books are available at Amazon.com along with other books from the PMP bookstore, such as The Truman’s Scientific Guide to Pest Management Operations, Bugs Be Gone: Pest Control in Homes and Other Buildings, The Bed Bug Combat Manual, Marketing Matters, Bug People to Business People and The Cockroach Combat Manual II.
