The Zoëcon Professional Products division of Central Life Sciences offers a variety of products and solutions for tick and flea control, such as Precor 2000 Plus Premise Spray, which features the insect growth regulator (IGR) (S)-methoprene. Precor 2000 Plus Premise Spray combines this IGR with two adulticides, phenothrin and permethrin, creating a cost-effective weapon for pest management professionals. Covering 2,000 sq. ft., the fine mist, low-odor formula dries without leaving a residue, while its heavier-than-air molecules go deep into the base of carpets and upholstery to control flea larvae. Precor 2000 Plus can prevent reinfestations for up to seven months and ultimately reduce callbacks. Mel Whitson, Florida Region manager for Zoëcon Professional Products, encourages professionals to consider the “pupal window” when treating an account for fleas, and to stimulate unemerged fleas after treatment to prompt them out of their pupal cases.
