Ransford Environmental Solutions Office Manager Trish Robbins recently celebrated 30 years of service to the company, based in Worcester, Mass.
“Ransford has become the company it is today thanks to Trish’s hard work,” says Maria Richmond, owner of Ransford Environmental Solutions. “She’s always so busy taking care of our team. We certainly don’t stop to thank her enough for her service to the company.”
Robbins’ dedication, hard work, and enthusiasm for the job don’t go unnoticed by customers, either, Richmond says. One Yelp reviewer went so far as to say, “Ransford is the only pest control we use. Staff is knowledgeable, courteous and professional.” The staff the reviewer mentions most involves Robbins, as she is typically the first person customers speak with, making her an essential part of the company image.
“We could not be happier with this anniversary. Trish’s dedication is amazing, and we’re pleased she continues to work with us. I don’t know what we’d do without her,” says Richmond.
