ServSuite logoServicePro has released ServSign, a new feature that makes it possible for ServSuite software users to digitally sign their forms, proposals and contracts within the software. Once a document is imported into ServSuite, the person viewing it can review it, sign it and store it in a chosen account. All documents can be archived and accessed later on, sorted out by time and date. Users can view the status of a given document and whether it’s been signed. This feature makes it possible for users to go paperless with forms, proposals and contracts and store them on customer’s accounts.

Among the first pest control companies to try out ServSign are longtime customers Peeler Environmental: “Our staff was excited when the ServSign feature became available in the ServSuite software. Within no time we were using ServSign to email proposals, and then promptly receive those proposals e-signed. Our customers also like this feature, as it makes it easy for them to sign our service proposals directly from their phones, tablets or desktops. The icing on the cake is that the signed proposal is also automatically saved in the customer’s account. ServSign definitely makes our sales proposal process more effective and efficient while adding a very professional touch.”
