Tampa, Fla.-based Arrow Environmental Services has merged with two Florida firms: Lake Wales-based E-Rad Pest Control and Sarasota-based A Plus Pest & Termite Control. The deals expand Arrow’s presence in these markets and add $580,000 in annual revenues.
“Arrow is proud to welcome E-Rad Pest Control and A Plus Pest & Termite Control to our growing team,” says Brad Pitts, regional vice president of Arrow Environmental Services. “We are excited to work with their existing teams and look forward to providing the same level of high-quality service their customers have come to expect.”
For more than 40 years, E-Rad Pest Control has been serving residents and business owners in Polk County with pest, termite and lawn service. Several techs, as well as their administrative professional, will join the Arrow team in the Lakeland office. In addition, employees of A Plus Pest & Termite will join Arrow’s Sarasota operation.
E-Rad, which currently provides pest, termite and lawn services, will bring approximately 1,400 new customers. A Plus adds another 350. Terms of the deals were not announced.

Arrow’s Lakeland office is led by Branch Operations Manager Rick Harris. Paul Goodman is the branch operations manager for the Sarasota office.
