Beth ChandlerBeth Chandler, vice president and general counsel for Atlanta-based Rollins Inc., now also oversees its Internal Audit department and has joined the Executive Steering Committee.

Shortly after joining Rollins in 2013 in her current post, Chandler’s role quickly expanded to include large and international acquisitions, along with privacy and governance. In 2016, Chandler took over the Risk Management group. Adding the Internal Audit group to her responsibilities provides stronger synchronization among Risk, Legal and Internal Audit, all while improving compliance efforts, the company says.

“Beth has 25 years of compliance, governance and transactional experience, and we look forward to her expanded role to support the business operations,” says Eddie Northen, vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer.

Chandler received her JD, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law. She also received her BBA in international business, magna cum laude, with general honors from the University of Georgia.
