Jacksonville, Fla.-based Bug Out Service has hired Brian Dworetsky as regional vice president and Jason Lane as branch operations manager for the Ocala, Fla. branch.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Brian and Jason to the Bug Out team,” says Michael Rolman, vice president of operations and sales for Bug Out’s parent company, Environmental Pest Service. “Together, they bring a combined 45 years of experience that will support our growth and provide top-notch customer service in the areas we serve.”
Dworetsky has more than 30 years of experience in service-based industries. Most notably, he served as vice president and general manager of Enterprise Rent-A-Car in western Canada, where he created and developed an award-winning $100 million operation with 40 locations and 275 employees. Previous positions include vice president and area manager for Johnny on the Spot, chief operating officer for Webuyanycar.com, and vice president of operations at Aramark. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida.
“I’m honored to serve as the new regional vice president and look forward to leveraging my experience in other industries to grow the Bug Out brand,” says Dworetsky. “I know that Jason will be a great addition to the Ocala branch, and I look forward to working with him as he provides excellent service to our clients in that market.”
Lane brings more than 15 years of experience in pest management and lawn service. During his career, he has worked with a number of small and large operators, including Truly Nolen, Bray’s Pest Control, 3 Seasons and Down to Earth, with positions ranging from technician to pest control manager, and most recently general manager.
