Truly Nolen Pest Control has promoted three employees in its Metro Tucson (Ariz.) Residential Division. Anthony Molina has been promoted to manager of the company’s flagship Tucson service office; Tracy Castell has been promoted to manager of the East Tucson service office; and Eric Hermosillo has been promoted to manager of the Sierra Vista service office. The company’s flagship office, previously located at 3620 E. Speedway Blvd., has relocated across the parking lot to the company’s old corporate building.

Molina joined the company in 2008 and was most recently the manager of the company’s East Tucson service office, where he led it to “President’s Club” level. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Molina was in the process of opening a satellite TV business when the housing market crashed. At that time, he had been an apprentice to a local contractor for three years and was responsible for new account acquisition. He graduated from the University of Phoenix with a bachelor’s of science degree, with a concentration in software engineering.

Castell joined the company in October 2016 and was promoted to his new position following completion of the company’s manager-in-training program. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Castell spent 18 years in the underground utility piping industry, where he did everything from sales to project and branch management.

Hermosillo joined the company in February 2016 and was promoted to his new position following completion of the company’s manager-in-training program. He most recently oversaw operations at Sierra Vista. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Hermosillo worked as a manager for Pirtek USA as part of the mobile hydraulic repair industry.

“Anthony, Tracy, and Eric are all very passionate about our brand and culture, and have excelled in their previous roles with our company,” says Tucson District Manager Desi Rodriguez. “I know that each of them will have a positive impact on the culture at their new service offices, and I feel blessed to have them as part of my team.”
