Truly Nolen Pest Control has promoted Jerry Benitez to manager of its Green Valley, Ariz., service office. Benitez joined the company in October 2016 and was most recently a manager-in-training. Prior to joining Truly Nolen, Benitez was a store manager for Safeway in Tucson, Ariz., and worked in the grocery industry for 18 years.
“I want to be a mentor and see everyone at my service office grow within their roles,” Benitez says. “The corporate staff has been very supportive, and I am hopeful my branch will see our hard work pay off going forward.
“Jerry’s two decades of management experience have served him well, and he uses that experience to help motivate his employees on a daily basis,” says Tucson District Manager Desi Rodriguez. “We are fortunate to have him as the manager of our Green Valley team.”
