Warren, N.J.-based Viking Termite & Pest Control, an Anticimex company, has acquired RJS Pest Management Specialists, a family-owned and -operated commercial pest control company serving the Greater New York City metropolitan area. It was founded by Roger J. Seeger in 2005, and boasts a 95 percent customer retention rate. Terms were not disclosed.
RJS President Robert Seeger, a member of the founding family, will continue to drive the day-to-day operations of New York City and the surrounding areas, as well as its aggressive expansion plans.
