Truly Nolen Pest Control has promoted Valerie Ryan to the newly created position of West Centralized Administration Center manager. Her office will be based out of the corporate headquarters in Tucson, Ariz.

Ryan, who has been with Truly Nolen for more than six years, was previously a branch administrator in Sun City, Ariz., and more recently in Phoenix, Ariz., where she also served as the administrator district trainer. Prior to joining the company, Ryan worked customer service for a window coverings company for the state of Indiana in its government benefits division. She has attended Northern Arizona University and Arizona State University for business management and psychology, and is continuing to pursue her degree.

Some of Ryan’s new responsibilities will include assisting the start-up of centralized administration services for the company’s western U.S. districts, as well as managing the addition of data entry and collections functions to this center.

“I am most excited to grow as a person and help develop other team members into becoming the best they can be, while assisting our service offices in providing the best unsurpassed quality customer service possible,” says Ryan.

“Valerie brings enthusiasm, discipline and diligence to lead the start-up of this new center,” says Matt Wild, director of Truly Nolen’s Finance & Business Strategies. “The establishment of this department is a challenging one, and I know she will do a terrific job in her new role.”

Founded in 1938, Truly Nolen of America is one of the largest family-owned pest control companies in the United States. It has more than 80 branch offices in Arizona, California, Florida, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and Utah. The company also has independently owned and operated franchises in an ever-growing number of territories including Kentucky, Georgia, New Jersey, Canada, Puerto Rico and more than 60 countries.
