DriveCams capture sights and sounds inside and outside the vehicle. Exceptional forces such as hard braking, swerving and collision activate the recorder, capturing critical seconds of audio and video footage immediately before and after the triggered event. Saved events are analyzed and used in ongoing driver coaching programs in order to improve behavior and mitigate risk.
“A lot of emphasis is placed on technical training for service professionals when, in fact, the most exposure they face on a daily basis involves the operation of a company vehicle,” said Mandy Allison, risk management director for Black Pest. “All of our drivers have been through the EOS safe driving program provided by PestSure.
“Deploying DriveCams was the next logical step. We expect to further enhance driver safety and reduce vehicle damages, workers' compensation and personal injury costs by 50 percent through the use of DriveCam.”
Black Pest Prevention uses the most effective treatments available to prevent unwanted pests and termites for customers. By installing DriveCams in each and all of their vehicles, Black Pest hopes to help prevent accidents on the road as well.
