DALLAS — HomeTeam Pest Defense has acquired Raburn Pest Control and Lindsey Termite and Pest Control, both of Tampa, Florida and the assets of PestBear in Atlanta, Georgia. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.p>
“We were attracted to these companies because of their emphasis on customer service,” said Bob Wanzer, CEO and president of HomeTeam Pest Defense. “These acquisitions offer HomeTeam an opportunity to expand in important geographic areas — something we want to continue to do.
