Orkin acquires Pawnee Pest Control
9 Nov, 2011 PMP Buzz Online eNewsletterATLANTA — Orkin, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rollins, Inc., recently expanded its service area in central Kansas with the acquisition of Pawnee Pest Control in Larned, Kan.
The owner of Pawnee Pest Control, Jamie Walker, started the company in 1998, and will join Orkin as an account manager. Pawnee Pest Control will join the nearest Orkin branch in Salina, Kan.
“Pawnee has provided customers with quality pest control for 13 years,” says Bob Hines, director of acquisitions for Orkin. “We look forward to continuing to provide Pawnee’s customers with high quality residential and commercial pest control, as well as expanding Orkin’s customer base in Kansas.”
