InTice Rover Ant Bait is a syrup bait similar to InTice Thiquid Ant Bait, but with a unique attractant matrix that is particularly attractive to Rover ants (Brachymyrmex spp.).
“Rover ants have emerged as a pest in recent years, so far only in Florida, Texas and Arizona, though I would not be surprised if they are also in other Gulf States,” said Dr. Cisse Spragins, Rockwell’s founder and CEO. “They tend to become a problem in accounts where non-repellent liquid insecticides are used, and the non-repellents are not particularly effective against them.”
InTice Rover Ant Bait is packaged in a 16-oz. bottle and is available now in affected states. The product label includes both food and non-food areas, and also includes a range of other ant species, including Pharaoh’s ants.
InTice Rover Ant Bait is part of Rockwell’s “Green Zone” line of products.
