Tucson, Ariz.-based Truly Nolen Pest Control has promoted Lee Blair to district manager of Southern California, which encompasses service offices from San Diego to Anaheim. His office will be based out of the company’s San Marcos service office.
Blair, who has 25 years of industry experience, joined Truly Nolen in 2002 as a fumigation supervisor. Since that time, he has been an assistant manager and manager for four service offices in Central Florida, both residential and commercial. In addition to his pest control work, Blair is a licensed minister, having previously completed his ministerial studies through the United Pentecostal Church International.
Some of Blair’s new responsibilities will include overseeing the region’s service offices in terms of staff development, helping foster involvement with community events, and reinforcing the company’s core values throughout the region.
“I am most excited to come into the district to display and implement our company’s culture into not only the service office business, but also to every team member,” says Blair, who relocated from Central Florida for this opportunity. “I look forward to this new challenge.”
“Throughout his career with our company, Lee has a proven track record of developing people, instilling the company culture through our core values, making service offices successful by implementing our company core processes and has also developed four President’s Club salespeople,” says Justin Bellet, vice president of operations. “I know he will make an immediate impact in his new role.”
