Bill Clark Pest Control celebrated its 60th anniversary March 9 at The Event Centre in Beaumont, Texas, where the firm is based.
Friends, family and community members honored the company’s founder, Bill L. Clark, for his dedication and hard work over the past 60 years. Continuing in tradition from its 50th anniversary, the company donated $1 per day for each day the firm has been in business, totaling $22,500 to 30 local charities.
Charities include the American Red Cross, Anayat House Inc., Boys Haven of America Inc., Boy Scouts, Buckner Children & Family Services, Garth House, Girls Haven, Girl Scouts, Julie Rogers Gift of Life, Salvation Army, Shorkey Center, Some Other Place, Southeast Texas Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse, Southeast Texas Food Bank, United Way, Family Services of Southeast Texas, The Hughen Center, Arc of Greater Beaumont, Baptist Hospital of Southeast Texas Foundation, CASA of Southeast Texas, Foundation for Southeast Texas, Nutrition Services for Seniors, The Spindletop Center, Catholic Charities, Beaumont Rotary Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, Ubi Caritas, American Cancer Society, Christus Southeast Texas Foundation and the Humane Society.
