Truly Nolen Pest Control acquired Fulcrum Pest Control, El Paso, Texas, which services the Las Cruces, N.M., and El Paso markets. The company will operate as an independent division of Truly Nolen.

“We are excited to welcome Fulcrum Pest Control to our Truly Nolen family,” said Scarlett Nolen, president of Truly Nolen. “Their company has been a pest control staple in El Paso for almost a decade, so we felt providing them with our resources while adding them as an independent division made the most sense for everyone involved.”

Adam Weber, co-owner of Fulcrum Pest Control with James Sullivan, explained why they decided to sell the company.

“After nine years of Fulcrum being one of the top names in pest control in the El Paso area, James and I have made a decision to hand the reins to Truly Nolen for the next step in the company’s growth,” Weber said in the news release. “While we had many suitors in this process, the team at Truly Nolen took an immediate interest in the assets that were valued most to us: our people. This is a company that takes care of their own and we would not have been able to make this decision without the confidence we have in their goals for Fulcrum’s future. We look forward to all of the opportunities that will come from this, and wish nothing but the best to all who have made this journey possible.”

Lance Washington, franchising and acquisitions director at Truly Nolen, said, “We want to thank Adam and James for allowing us the opportunity to create an independent division that will allow their Fulcrum team to continue to thrive and provide outstanding service to their customers. Our expansion in the El Paso and Las Cruces markets serves to kick off another great year.”

Washington added that Truly Nolen currently is working on several acquisitions. “We are looking forward to continuing to grow our footprint across America,” he said. “We are always happy to speak with anyone interested in becoming part of the Truly Nolen family.”
