Atlanta Ga.-based Arrow Exterminators recently opened three new offices in Eatonton, Ga.; Fayetteville, Ga.; and Orlando, Fla.
These new offices will help accommodate recent growth and will provide career advancement opportunities for Arrow team members. The Lake Oconee office services residential homes with a focus on pest and termite control, while the Orlando Home Service Center provides specialized home services including wildlife exclusion, handyman, and insulation services. The Southwest Atlanta office offers a wide range of commercial pest control services to accommodate the rapid growth of large and small businesses in the Atlanta region.
In other Arrow Exterminators news, the company announced an internal promotion to the company’s executive committee.
Mark Cassell was promoted to the position of senior vice president of operations.
With his promotion, Cassell will serve on the executive committee, and he will lead Regions 1 (Northeast Atlanta), 4 (East Georgia), 8 (South Texas and Arizona), and the newest Region 23 (North Texas).
Cassell began his career at Arrow in 2001 as a termite service professional in the Cumming, Ga., service center and soon moved to renewal service professional. He then accepted outside sales roles in both Cumming and Alpharetta, Ga. Cassell was promoted to region sales manager followed by assuming the role of service center manager in both the Cumming and North Point, Ga., service centers. In 2014, he accepted the region vice president position for Northeast Atlanta and led the region to outstanding results for eight years. In 2022, Mark was promoted to vice president of sales.
