South Elgin, Ill.-based McCloud Services has donated nearly $21,000 to the American Cancer Society, Wounded Warrior Project, Humane Society and St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital as part of its 2016 Employee Incentive Program.

“Now in its fifth year, our employee incentive program has motivated our employees to not only succeed in their jobs, but to give back to the non-profits and programs that have personally touched their lives or their loved ones,” says Chris McCloud, president and CEO. “We strive to provide a great place to work and an environment that inspires success, and it’s very rewarding to see our team members carry out our mission each and every day in the communities in which we live and work.”

The program rewards team members who exceed production and sales goals for the fiscal year with an employee incentive program that gives back to the community. All individual performance winners have the opportunity to select a qualified non-profit organization for which McCloud Services makes a donation on their behalf. “Brandon was selected as our second annual Walter Award winner for his strong work ethic and ongoing dedication to our customers and company,” says McCloud. “By taking chances and risks, and striving to become the best he can be, Brandon has grown to become a talented leader among our organization and represents the bright future of our company.”
