Fleet management provider Azuga aims to help ensure its fleet customers have emergency roadside services, as it has teamed up with Signature Motor Club, an Allstate company.

Stranded drivers can contact Signature using their phones or the Azuga FleetMobile app, which also enables them to track the roadside assistance vehicle’s location so they know when help will arrive.

Beginning in August, services available will include towing; roadside winching for vehicles stuck in mud, snow or off-road; lockout service; jump-starts; gasoline delivery; and tire changes.

“Safety on the road is crucial, and this offering provides the reliability and coverage you’d expect from a trusted brand,” said Azuga CEO Ananth Rani.

The service integrates the same processes and technology Allstate uses to give other drivers roadside help quickly.

“With our unique network of service providers, our digitally enabled rescues are averaging 28 minutes,” said Allstate Roadside Services President Pam Dufour. “We are continuing to make significant investments in technology to get people back on the road – fast. And now, with the Azuga FleetMobile app and Roadside Assistance by Signature Motor Club, Azuga’s fleet customers can expect that same service and commitment.”
