Modern Pest Services, an Anticimex company based in Brunswick, Maine, acquires Boston, Mass.-based All-Star Pest Services. Terms were not disclosed, but the acquisition expands Modern’s density in the Greater Boston market. All-Star Pest Services was founded in 2004 and provides commercial pest control.
“Modern is an excellent fit for our customers,” says All-Star Pest Services Co-owner Kristopher Romero. “We both have similar commercial programs, and our servicing territories perfectly overlap.”
“The Greater Boston area offers a huge opportunity for Modern,” agrees Scott Stevenson, president of Modern Pest Services. “All-Star was the perfect addition because of their customer density right in the city. Many of their customers are iconic to city residents, and we are proud to have the opportunity to service them.”
All-Star customers will be integrated in Modern’s Boston branch.
