Anticimex acquires Killingsworth

AnticimexStockholm, Sweden-based Anticimex has acquired Killingsworth Environmental, Charlotte, N.C. Terms were not disclosed, but the deal strengthens Anticimex’s market position on the U.S. East Coast, particularly in the Carolinas.
