McNeely acquires Statesville firm

McNeely Pest Control has acquired Iredell Pest Control of Statesville, N.C., about 44 miles away from its Winston-Salem, N.C., headquarters. Terms were not disclosed.

“We are very excited to have Iredell Pest Control merging with our firm, and look forward to continuing the superior service that Kenny Shoemaker has provided to his customers for many years,” says Scott McNeely, president of McNeely Pest Control.

McNeely Pest Control’s service area includes Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point, Asheville, Boone, Lexington, Mt. Airy, Charlotte (Lake Norman and High Rock Lake) and throughout the Piedmont area, as well as Northwest portions of North Carolina (Burlington to Banner Elk) and Southwest portions of Virginia from Independence and Wytheville to Stewart.
