Brunswick, Maine-based Modern Pest Services, an Anticimex company, has acquired Guaranty Pest Elimination. The Danielson, Conn.-based firm has been providing both residential and commercial services in Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island and New York (residential only) since 1989. Terms were not disclosed.
“Guaranty is an important milestone in our growth,” says Modern President Scott Stevenson. “This is our third acquisition in Connecticut in 2018, which helps to further our reach and service area in an important growth market. Guaranty was an excellent fit for Modern, both in geographic territory and a culture that focuses on best-in-class client service. We are thrilled about this latest addition to the Modern family.”
Guaranty operations will be shared between Modern’s New Haven and Boston area branches.
Paul Giannamore and Ericka Andes of The Potomac Co. acted as exclusive financial advisors to Guaranty Pest Elimination.
