Rentokil North America has acquired Liberty Pest Control, which was founded in 1959 and serves markets from Albany, N.Y. to Scranton, Pa. Terms were not disclosed, but the company is now known as Ehrlich Pest Control.

“Since our inception, exceptional customer service and innovative pest solutions have been the heart of our success,” says Dan Tulp, president of Liberty Pest Control. “Rentokil is a worldwide pest control business with customers. We now can provide even higher levels of service to commercial and residential customers, so we are certainly excited about what this merger means for our customers.”

Paul Giannamore and Ericka Andes of The Potomac Co. acted as exclusive financial advisors to Liberty, along with attorney Michael Stanczyk.
