Upper Saddle River, N.J.-based The Aust Group, a mergers and acquisitions (M&A) consulting firm, has appointed Nick Aust as an M&A analyst. Aust has spent several years in the pest control industry working in multiple roles at Bug Doctor, the former Aust family-owned business.
