Truly Nolen Pest Control promoted Jason McFarland to manager of its Marco Island, Fla. service office.

As manager, McFarland will be responsible for helping the service office gain more visibility with the local community. He will also work to instill Truly Nolen’s core values throughout the Marco Island team.
“I am most excited about the opportunity to step into the leadership role and to help facilitate and build a successful team in Marco Island,” McFarland said. “My favorite thing about working for the company is the feeling of family I have each and every day.”
McFarland has nearly 20 years of experience in the pest management industry. He joined Truly Nolen in August 2015 as a renewal inspector. Throughout the last year, he took on the challenge of a full-time sales position and earned Truly Nolen’s President’s Club level, the highest honor a salesperson can achieve with the company.
“Jason’s extensive operations, customer service, and sales experience in the pest control industry combined with his attention to detail and belief in our core values make me happy he is part of our team,” said Dave Scott, Truly Nolen’s Southwest Florida district manager. “He is a welcome addition to our Marco Island service office.”
