Larrabee joined Truly Nolen in 2015 at its Albuquerque, N.M., service office. Due to his extensive management background from his prior 25 years in retail management, he was promoted to territory developer and opened the company’s Santa Fe, N.M., service office, which was one of the most successful service offices in the entire company prior to this promotion. Larrabee attended the University of Houston and studied mechanical engineering.

Some of Larrabee’s new responsibilities will include overseeing the district’s six service offices in terms of staff development and reinforcing the company’s core values throughout the district.

“I am most excited about the opportunity to help direct the future growth of our company through the management of this district,” says Larrabee. “I enjoy interacting with customers, and I look forward to helping my district continue to meet all of our goals in addition to making new ones.”

He will also help foster involvement with community events in his district.

“From opportunities like Keller Independent School District Athletics and Rodeo de Santa Fe, my district is always looking for great grassroots partnership opportunities within our communities,” says Larrabee.

“Tom showed a strong belief in branding our company within the Santa Fe community through networking and community events,” says Justin Bellet, COO. “With his proven track record and ability to find the right events for his service offices to partner with, I am excited to give Tom this opportunity to help his district continue to grow.”
