Roswell, Ga.-based Turf Masters Lawn Care hired customer success leader Sara Stephenson as operating systems director, a new role at the company.
Stephenson brings almost 20 years of experience building and maintaining relationships, both externally and internally, by creating solutions to exceed customer expectations and a culture of learning and growth.
“Sara has vast experience collaborating with multiple departments and internal teams within an organization to improve training, processes and analytics,” says Brian Butler, president of Turf Masters.
In her role, Stephenson will direct the development, installation and modification of the company’s computer operating systems and explore future needs according to Turf Masters’ growth strategy. Stephenson will be responsible for developing policies and procedures related to the deployment and maintenance of the operating systems and provide input for strategic decisions regarding future technology.
Stephenson spent the past two years as a customer success leader helping field service companies successfully implement new field service software for a large retailer. Prior to that, she was a customer success manager at ServicePro. Stephenson has also held executive level positions at Arrow Exterminators as VP of customer care and, later, as VP of sales and marketing analytics.
“I’m thrilled to be a part of the entire Turf Masters team,” says Stephenson. “But I am most excited to be working day to day with leaders like Andy Kadrich, Brian Butler, Jim Battell and Chip Tovey. Turf Masters is hyper focused on what’s right: for its customers, its employees and its future. That makes the ‘job’ of integrating technology and tools enjoyable and rewarding.”
