Killgerm Group purchases Milluck

November 8, 2019

U.K.-based Killgerm Group acquired Malmö, Sweden-based Milluck AB.

Founded in 2007 by Per Nilsson, Milluck is a supplier to the professional pest control service market in Sweden and elsewhere in Scandinavia. The company manufactures a wide range of products for flying and crawling insects, including glue traps, gel products, aerosols and more.

“We see many synergies between the Killgerm and Milluck businesses, in terms of products, customers and geographic coverage throughout the Scandinavian region,” says Rupert Broome, Killgerm Group managing director. “Acquiring a physical presence in this important market will also complement and strengthen the existing footprint for Killgerm Division, alongside existing operations in Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Switzerland and the U.K.”

The acquisition brings total Killgerm Group employee numbers to 200. Milluck’s management team, led by Nilsson, will stay on to lead the business under the new name Killgerm Scandinavia.

“We are delighted to now be part of Killgerm Group, which has been a very strong partner for us for many years,” says Nilsson, managing director of Milluck. “The joining of our businesses is truly a substantial step forward for the future of Milluck AB. We will continue to set the highest standards for supporting our customers in terms of product supply and personal service.”

“I am looking forward to an exciting future with Killgerm, which is a very professional company with strong values, and which is highly respected in the pest control industry. Our businesses will share a great synergy, while enjoying the added benefits of each other’s experience throughout Scandinavia,” he continues.

Killgerm Group’s global headquarters is based in Ossett, West Yorkshire, U.K. The company is a supplier and manufacturer of professional pest control products and has operations in 11 countries on four continents around the world.
