Killgerm Group purchases Milluck

U.K.-based Killgerm Group acquired Malmö, Sweden-based Milluck AB.

Founded in 2007 by Per Nilsson, Milluck is a supplier to the professional pest control service market in Sweden and elsewhere in Scandinavia. The company manufactures a wide range of products for flying and crawling insects, including glue traps, gel products, aerosols and more.

“We see many synergies between the Killgerm and Milluck businesses, in terms of products, customers and geographic coverage throughout the Scandinavian region,” says Rupert Broome, Killgerm Group managing director. “Acquiring a physical presence in this important market will also complement and strengthen the existing footprint for Killgerm Division, alongside existing operations in Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Switzerland and the U.K.”

The acquisition brings total Killgerm Group employee numbers to 200. Milluck’s management team, led by Nilsson, will stay on to lead the business under the new name Killgerm Scandinavia.
