Massey Services acquires All in One Termite and Pest Control

Massey Services, based in Orlando, Fla., purchased All in One Termite and Pest Control, based in Raleigh, N.C.

All in One Termite and Pest Control has been providing general pest control and termite services to the Raleigh area for the past several years. The acquisition further expands Massey Services’ presence in the Raleigh market.

Massey Services first entered North Carolina in 2017 and currently operates service centers in Raleigh, Charlotte and Fuquay, N.C. Earlier this year, the company acquired Venture Pest Control in Charlotte and opened a new service center in Raleigh (at 10139 Division Drive) as part of its expansion in the state.
