Massey Services acquired Precision Pest Management of Plano, Texas.

Precision Pest Management has been providing pest services to the Plano area for 14 years. The joining of the two companies further expands Massey Services’ presence in the north Dallas market. Massey first entered Texas in 2012 and now has more than 15 service centers located throughout the state.

Headquartered in Orlando, Fla., Massey Services provides service to more than 600,000 customers throughout Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Texas, South Carolina, North Carolina and Oklahoma. The company has completed several acquisitions and expansion projects in the Southeast during the past year. It purchased All in One Termite and Pest Control of Raleigh, N.C., and Venture Pest Control of Charlotte, N.C. It also opened three new service centers — one in Raleigh, N.C.; one in Sandy Springs, Ga.; and one in Gainesville, Ga.

“We are pleased to welcome the Precision Pest Management team members and customers to the Massey Services organization,” says Harvey Massey, chairman and CEO of Massey Services, and PMP Hall of Famer (Class of 2008). “We look for companies who have been built on the same values we share — in other words, companies with a similar culture as our own. Precision was a perfect fit for our organization as they share our same commitment to total customer satisfaction.”

Harvey Massey, an industry leader and 55-year veteran of the pest management and landscape services industries, founded Massey Services in 1985. Massey Services and its subsidiary organizations employ more than 2,100 team members and operate 1,900 vehicles that provide residential and commercial pest prevention, termite protection, landscape and irrigation services.
