Join the National Wildlife Control Operators Association (NWCOA) and the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) for the 2020 Wildlife Expo, Feb. 4-6, 2020, at the Linq Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Wildlife Expo provides technical and business-related information to wildlife management professionals or those considering offering this add-on service. The program includes more than 20 educational sessions covering a range of wildlife topics from pest birds, rodent control, and marketing and branding.

The event also offers networking opportunities and the chance to check out technologies and services in an exhibit hall. More than 30 exhibitors will be in attendance.

Some of the speakers and informational sessions planned this year include:

  • The Only Good Snake Is a Dead Snake … Or Is It? Wildlife Control of Amphibians and Reptiles. Joe Ehrenberger discusses practices that clients can implement to reduce negative interactions with amphibians and reptiles.
  • Warranties, Contracts, and Programs: What you Should Know. Russel Seib discusses the foundations of operating a wildlife control business, including proper business formation, protecting your company against liability, obtaining adequate insurance coverage, and how to properly word your client contracts to reduce risk.
  • Making Moles Profitable. Will Langman discusses how providing these services to your clients can add to your bottom line and presents guidance on how to build a program.
