Bug Busters acquires Divine T.E.A.M.

Bug Busters acquired Divine T.E.A.M. Pest Control, based in Winder, Ga. The acquisition of Divine T.E.A.M. allows Bug Busters to expand its footprint in northeast metro Atlanta, Ga.

Terence and Kimberly McLean, owners of Divine T.E.A.M. Pest Control, established the operation in 2005.

Bug Busters has provided pest management to Atlanta, Ga., clients for more than three decades from offices in Woodstock, Ga., (serving the north metro Atlanta community) and Fayetteville, Ga., (serving the south metro Atlanta community).

“The acquisition of Divine T.E.A.M. increases the density to our Winder and northeast metro Atlanta market,” says Court Parker, COO of Bug Busters Inc.

Both family-owned companies offer a broad range of residential and commercial pest management and termite control services. The agreement brings Bug Busters bed bug inspections and professional wildlife services to clients throughout the northeast metro Atlanta area.

“We’re excited about what the Bug Busters Inc. and Divine T.E.A.M. Pest Control teams can do together to expand our presence, to enhance our service offerings and to grow in the Winder and northeast metro Atlanta, Ga., market,” continues Parker.

In addition to its service offices in Georgia, Bug Busters operates out of a Chattanooga, Tenn., office. Bug Busters was founded in 1984 and is a member of the National Pest Management Association, Georgia Pest Control Association, Certified Pest Control Operators of Georgia, the Tennessee Pest Control Association and the South Carolina Pest Control Association.
