Rodriguez has more than 35 years of experience in professional pest management. Prior to joining B&G, he served as technical director and western territory manager for J.T. Eaton, where he assisted in product development and managed the western states for the company’s professional products division.

“I’m looking forward to utilizing the skills and knowledge I’ve developed over the past three decades in order to continue my growth in this industry I call ‘home,’” says Rodriguez.

Rodriguez also has contributed to Pest Management Professional’s monthly Tips & Tricks column and is currently president of the Pesticide Applicators Professional Association, a non-profit, public-benefit corporation dedicated to providing continuing education for the pest control industry in California. Rodriguez began his two-year term as president of the organization in 2019.

“James’ wealth of experience, his willingness to continually develop himself over his career and his dedication to this industry will enhance our commitment to service,” says Todd Pawlowski, Pelsis’ general manager for the Americas. “The technical and practical experience he brings to the table will help pest management professionals meet any future challenges. Pelsis is committed to strong brands, and 2020 will see B&G Equipment increase our industry presence in order to better serve our customers. We will continue the vision of Bill Brehm and George Gilmore when they first developed the hand-held sprayer to provide the best products for the professional market.”
