Clark Pest Control, based in Lake Forest, Calif., has acquired Sentinel Pest Management, based in Mission Viejo, Calif.

Husband-and-wife team Tom and Patti Ball established Sentinel Pest Management in 2013 in Southern California’s Orange County. Tom has more than 25 years of field experience as a pest management professional, and before Sentinel, he helped build pest departments at three other companies. Patti, with nearly two decades of experience in the pest management industry, enhanced Sentinel’s focus on customer service. The family-owned business has four employees.

Clark Pest Control says it will increase the size of its Orange County pest control division as a result of the acquisition.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with the outstanding team at Sentinel Pest and to be serving their valued clientele,” says Nicole Kirwan Keefe, VP of strategic growth for Clark Pest Control. “This partnership will not only expand our footprint of dependability in Sentinel’s service areas but also allow us to better serve the communities throughout all of Orange County.”
