Advanced IPM, Roseville, Calif., hired Adam Holt, BCE, as technical director. In his new role, Holt will help develop a training university and streamline treatment protocols and procedures across all branches.
“Advanced IPM is the epitome of a family-owned company, where they go above and beyond for each employee,” Holt said. “I am beyond excited to be a part of this amazing team as they dive into a new decade of growth, evolution and expansion. Exciting things are coming and I am blessed to be an integral piece of it.”
Holt brings 20 years of industry experience to his role, including commercial and residential pest control, mosquito control, outreach education, public relations, collegiate level professorship and pest control software technology.
“We are excited for the level of experience and expertise Adam brings to the Advanced IPM team,” said Advanced IPM COO Chris Kalsbeek. “Having Adam aboard with his unique background and credentials is an important aspect to help support our growth and continued success.”

Previously, Holt was a technical director for Terminix, a commercial entomology analyst with ServicePro and a pest control product development manager with Green Systems. He has instructed middle and high school biology, and worked as an adjust professor at a local state college.
