Truly Nolen Pest Control promoted Laura Agostino to manager of the company’s new Miami Beach service office. Agostino will be responsible for helping the new office gain visibility within the local community.
“I am really enjoying the camaraderie with my team and everyone throughout our company,” Agostino said. “I look forward to growing my service office, developing my team and watching their excitement when we meet our goals.”
Prior to joining the company in November 2018, Agostino spent 15 years as director of operations for MSA Engineering Consultants. She has a degree in business management from ITT and was most recently a manager-in-training at Truly Nolen.
“Laura’s management and operations experience prior to joining our team, and then excelling at everything during her pest control training, made her an easy choice to lead our new Miami Beach service office,” said Rafael Masferrer, Truly Nolen’s South Florida district manager. “I am proud to have her as a member of my team and look forward to watching her continued growth.”
The new Miami Beach service office gives Truly Nolen four residential service offices throughout Miami-Dade County along with one in Monroe County covering the Keys.
