Tampa, Fla.-based Arrow Environmental Services, a subsidiary of Environmental Pest Service (EPS), has acquired New Port Richey, Fla.-based Knight Pest Control.

Acquiring Knight expands Arrow’s presence into the West Central coast of Florida, and adds $2.5 million in annual pest, termite and lawn service revenues.

Twenty employees from Knight have joined the Arrow Environmental Services team, including sales representatives, service technicians and administrative staff.

“Arrow is proud to welcome Knight Pest Control to our growing team,” said David Joles, regional VP of Arrow Environmental Services. “We are excited to work with their team and look forward to providing the same level of high-quality service their customers have come to expect.”

Knight Pest Control offers residential and commercial pest control services to the Florida counties of Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco and Hernando.

“Entering into this partnership with Arrow Environmental Services and EPS is a great thing for our customers and employees,” said Billy Knight, owner of Knight Pest Control. “Because of their commitment to providing world class service, I know they are, without question, the ideal company to partner with.”

This marks EPS’s 95th acquisition since 2010. EPS has two flagship brands: Arrow Environmental Services in central and southwest Florida, and Bug Out in Jacksonville, Miss., metro Atlanta, Ga., and central North Carolina.

“Randy Stout and Billy Knight have built a great pest control company with a stellar reputation,” said Michael Rolman, senior VP of sales and operations for EPS. “Partnering with Knight Pest Control allows us to continue expanding Arrow Environmental Services’ footprint and build density in the markets that we already serve throughout west and central Florida.”
