Jeffersonville, Ind.-based Black Diamond Pest Control opened a new office in Columbus, Ind., on Jan. 25.
The new branch location will offer pest control services to residential and commercial clients in Monroe, Brown, Bartholomew, Decatur, Lawrence, Jackson and Jennings counties.
Clayton Ratts, who began working as a tactical eradication agent in the company’s pest control division in 2019, is the new branch manager.
“Clayton has shown real promise as a pest control technician and we’re confident in his ability to make the new Columbus, Ind., location a success,” said Travis Donaldson, director of business expansion and support for Black Diamond.
Ratts said customers of the new branch can expect the same customer service that has helped Black Diamond expand to multiple branches and franchises throughout the United States since its founding in 1940. This is the first branch Black Diamond has opened so far in 2021. Last year, the company opened a new branch in Evansville, Ind., and a new branch in Elizabethtown, Ky.
“Black Diamond has always put me and other technicians in positions to succeed,” Ratts said. “From my starting day to where I am now they have provided me with the knowledge and skillset to handle any pest-related situation.”
Currently, Black Diamond Corporate in Jeffersonville, Ind., maintains a fleet of more that 125 service vehicles and 175 employees, with reported annual revenue of more than $15.5 million.
