Aptive Environmental Pest Control, based in Provo, Utah, reported growth during 2020. The company reached 1.3 million customers, expanded to 1,035 new cities, grew its employee base by 24 percent and increased its revenue by 33 percent.

Aptive also donated more than $1 million to charities across the globe, including: Operation Underground Railroad, the United Nations’ “Nothing but Nets,” an impoverished school in Ecuador and more.

“At Aptive, we pride ourselves in doing things a little different than most, and this past year proved that our unique approach to environmentally responsible pest control is what today’s customer is looking for,” Aptive Environmental founder and chairman David Royce said in a news release. “And while 2020 was a year of great success, we have a number of exciting initiatives we will be targeting in the first quarter of 2021.”

Aptive Environmental provides residential and commercial pest control services to more than 4,735 cities across North America. In 2020, Aptive annual revenue reached $268 million, which was a 35 percent increase year over year. The company was named one of the fastest-growing private companies in America in the Inc. 5000, in addition to other local and national awards for its leadership and growth, including:
