Birmingham, Ala.-based Waynes Pest Control, an Anticimex company, has promoted two employees: Jennifer Gray and Stefanie Birmingham.
Gray was promoted to VP of best practices and integrations.
“It never crossed my mind to work in the pest industry when I graduated from college,” Gray said. “But now I have been at Waynes and in the pest industry for almost 14 years and thoroughly enjoy it — including the roaches.”
Birmingham was promoted to customer experience admin supervisor.
“My time at Waynes has been very special to say the least,” Birmingham said. “I am very hopeful for my future here and am honored to be a part of this company. Waynes truly keeps ‘heart’ at the very center of the business and it’s an extremely rare, very special thing to be a part of. I’m very proud to be a Woman of Waynes.”
At the beginning of 2021, the company promoted Shawn Hollis to president. Hollis previously server as Waynes’ VP of operations in Northern Alabama and Tennessee. He joined the company in 2010 as service center leader in Huntsville, Ala.
