Sun Pest Management was acquired by Kennewick, Wash.-based Senske Services. Terms were not disclosed; The Aust Group represented the Clarkston, Wash. firm as its exclusive financial advisor on the transaction.
Founded in 1969 by Marvin Jackson, Sun Pest Management was sold in 2005 to Russ and Jenny Craber.
“The Aust Group has the know-how to put together a top-notch presentation, the connections to get you in front of viable sellers and will definitely put in the hours necessary to close your deal,” Russ said in a news release.
Along with general pest control, Sun Pest Management also offers weed control and lawn care to both residential and commercial clients. The company’s services are offered throughout Southeastern Washington, Northern Idaho and Northeastern Oregon.
“We are excited for Russ and Jenny Craber and the Sun Pest team on the acquisition by Senske Services, as we feel this is a great fit for both parties,” Stuart Aust, principal of The Aust Group, said in the news release.
