Colleen O’Rourke
Insects Limited, based in Westfield, Ind., has hired Colleen O’Rourke as an account manager. This is a newly created position at the company, which manufactures and distributes pheromones and trapping systems for stored product pests (SPP).
“The success and growth we have seen in recent years has allowed us this opportunity to add a resource person to the sales team whose sole focus will be to provide our valued distributors with the assets they need to be successful in providing our products to their customers,” Tom Mueller, VP of Insects Limited said in a news release.
Originally from Vincennes, Ind., O’Rourke lived in Chicago for the last five years. She graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in 2016. In her downtime, she enjoys playing tennis, watching the latest Netflix series and visiting new restaurants.
“Colleen comes to us with a strong sales background that will meet the needs of our customers,” Mueller said. “She has a wonderful personality that will fit our culture and core values as a company.”

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Insects Limited canceled its 14th annual Fumigants & Pheromones Conference for 2020. The conferences were started by Insects Limited founder David Mueller, BCE, who was inducted into the Pest Management Professional Hall of Fame in October 2019.
David founded Insects Limited in 1982 and its sister company, Fumigation Service & Supply launched the year prior in 1981.
