Hawthorne, N.J.-based Prestige Pest Services (PPS) has donated routine pest control services at no cost to a local organization, the Lighthouse Pregnancy Resource Center.

PPS President Favio Ulloa explained that since the inception of Prestige Pest Services in 2007, there has been a focus from the team in giving back to the community, making sure time and resources are devoted to those organizations or individuals that have sacrificed the most or are in need.

“Over the years, we have been committed to provide multiple services to the community,” he added in a news release. “We have been blessed by having the opportunity to provide professional pest control services, professional consultations, and supplies to multiple non-profit organizations like churches and community centers. Also, Prestige Pest Services LLC is a firm believer in giving back to those who protect and serve. Therefore, we have an unwavering commitment to provide discounted services to veterans, law enforcement, fire departments, etc.”

Lighthouse Pregnancy Resource Center’s stated mission is to “lovingly guide and support women, men and teens facing unplanned pregnancies and related concerns toward life-enhancing choices.” It uses a three-pronged approach (prevention, intervention and restoration) to carry out its work.
