Truly Nolen Pest Control recently acquired Eliminex Pest, Termite, and Weed Control, based in Phoenix, Ariz.

The company will operate as an independent division of Truly Nolen. Truly Nolen acquitted five pest control companies in 2021.

“We are excited to welcome Eliminex to our Truly Nolen family,” said Scarlett Nolen, president of Tucson, Ariz.-based Truly Nolen and online columnist for Pest Management Professional magazine. “Their company has been a pest control staple in Phoenix for 40 years, so we felt providing them with our resources while adding them as an independent division made the most sense for everyone involved.”

Bob Schor, owner of Eliminex, said he decided to sell the company he purchased in 1998 to retire and spend more time with his family.

“Because Truly Nolen is a longtime family-owned company, I felt becoming an independent division of theirs was the best way to maintain stability for our team members while providing resources to help Eliminex in 2022 and beyond since they understand the ins and outs of being family-owned,” Schor said.
