Anticimex announced its expansion into the Carolinas with the acquisition of Clark’s Termite and Pest Control.

Headquartered in Irmo, S.C., Clark’s Termite and Pest Control was founded by Frank Clark in 1967 with branches located through North and South Carolina.

Clark’s Termite and Pest Control is a leading and fast-growing pest management firm with a double-digit organic growth.

“Partnering with the team at Clark’s positions Anticimex for continued expansion throughout the Carolinas,” said Brian Alexson, regional president of Anticimex North America. “Clark’s commitment to their customers and employees are very much aligned with Anticimex’s core values of trust, passion and innovation, which further solidified the mutual decision for the partnership. Together, we will continue to grow Clark’s and accelerate our growth in the Carolinas.”

Paul Giannamore and Franco Villanueva-Meyer of The Potomac Company represented and acted as the exclusive financial advisors to Clark’s Termite & Pest Control in this transaction.
