ABC Home & Commercial Services acquires A.S.A. Guardian Pest Control

ABC Home & Commercial Services of Austin acquired A.S.A. Guardian Pest Control in Weslaco, Texas.

This acquisition expands ABC Home & Commercial Services’ residential and commercial pest management services throughout the Rio Grande Valley.

“I am very excited to expand to the Rio Grande Valley and welcome all customers and employees of A.S.A. Guardian into the ABC Family,” said Bobby Jenkins, owner of ABC Home & Commercial Services. “We are looking forward to providing the community with more services, coverage and support.”

A.S.A. Guardian Pest Control is a family business that started in 1971 by Eloy Aguilar Sr. and merged with his son’s business, Guardian Pest Control, in 2013.

Steven Aguilar, Eloy’s grandson, has been working for ABC Home & Commercial Services since 2017, and with the acquisition, is now the branch manager for the Rio Grande Valley.

“My family and I are very excited to be back home, and this is an amazing opportunity for everyone involved. I never would have gotten my family involved if this wasn’t something I 100 percent believed in,” said Steven.

ABC Home & Commercial Services will continue to  work out of A.S.A. Guardian Pest Control’s current location in Weslaco, Texas, There are five employees, who will continue to work for ABC Home & Commercial Services.
